Privacy Policy
Last updated 6 July 2026
This page is a template. Before it is published, the site owner should review and adapt it — ideally with qualified legal counsel — so it reflects the site’s actual data practices.
This Privacy Policy explains how decorvk (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you contact us through this website. We are the controller of the data you provide.
What data we collect
When you send a quote request or contact us, we collect the information you enter in the form:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your phone or messenger number;
- event details (such as type, date, location, guest count or budget);
- the message you write to us.
For security we also automatically record limited technical data with each submission — your IP address and browser user-agent string — which we use only to prevent spam and abuse and to rate-limit the form.
Why we use your data
We use your data to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote, and to keep the form and website secure by preventing automated abuse.
Lawful basis
We process the details you submit on the basis of your consent, given when you choose to send us a message. We process technical data (IP address, user-agent) on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and free of spam.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the website and reply to you — our hosting provider and our email provider — acting as processors on our behalf. They may process data outside your country; where they do, appropriate safeguards apply.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and contact details only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up. Once the matter is closed, we delete them. Technical logs used for spam prevention are kept for a short period and then removed.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
- have your data erased;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
How to exercise your rights
To make any of these requests, contact us through the contact page. We will respond within the time limits set by law.
