Which areas of Antalya do you serve?
decorvk works across Antalya — most of all in the Lara and Kundu hotel districts, and just as happily at venues across the city: Kaleiçi, the marina, Konyaaltı, private villas and beach clubs. Celebrating elsewhere in the Antalya region? Write to us — for the right date we travel.
How far in advance should I book my event decoration?
We recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks ahead for birthdays and 3 to 6 months ahead for weddings and larger celebrations, especially in the peak summer season. If your date is sooner, contact us anyway — we often accommodate last-minute requests when our calendar allows.
Do you travel to venues and set up on site?
Yes. Our team delivers, installs and later dismantles all decoration directly at your chosen venue — whether it is a seaside hotel, beach club, restaurant or private home. On-site setup and takedown are included in every package.
What is the difference between your birthday and wedding packages?
Birthday packages focus on themed backdrops, balloon designs, table styling and photo zones for a few hours of celebration. Wedding packages are larger in scale and cover ceremony arches, aisle and reception décor, floral installations and coordinated styling across the whole event. Both are fully customised to your theme and colours.
What styles and themes can you create?
We design everything from seaside weddings and children's and adult birthdays to romantic dinners for two, surprise proposals and photo backdrops for special shoots. Whatever the mood — elegant and minimal, bright and playful, boho, tropical or classic white and green — we build the concept around your theme, colours and the setting by the sea.
Can you arrange a surprise marriage proposal by the sea?
Absolutely — intimate proposal setups by the sea are one of our favourite things to create. Picture a decorated spot on the beach or a terrace with flowers, candles, lanterns, a 'marry me' sign and soft lighting for the moment. Share your idea and timing, and we'll help plan every detail discreetly so the surprise stays a surprise.
What happens if the weather turns for an outdoor or beach setup?
Coastal weather can change, so we always plan outdoor setups with a backup in mind — an adjusted layout, a sheltered spot or a move under cover. We stay in touch as your date approaches and adapt the plan together if needed, so your celebration goes ahead beautifully whatever the sky does.
Which languages do you work in?
Our team communicates comfortably in Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, English and Polish, so you can plan your celebration in the language you feel most at home in. Just write to us in whichever you prefer and we'll reply in the same.
How does your pricing work?
Every event is quoted individually based on your date, venue, guest count, chosen elements and level of detail. There are no fixed catalogue prices because each celebration is designed from scratch. After you share your details we send a clear, itemised quote with no hidden fees.
How do I get a quote?
Send us your event date, location, approximate guest count and any inspiration through our contact form or WhatsApp. We usually reply within 24 hours with ideas and a tailored quote, and the initial consultation is free.
Can we see examples of your work before booking?
Yes — our freshest setups are on Instagram, and during the free consultation we prepare a moodboard with colours, materials and references, so you see the direction before you confirm anything.
